When will my garments be ready?
Once you place your order, our team will verify if items are in stock for immediate delivery. If an item is not available, it will be sent to production.
How long will the production of my order take?
March-September (low season): maximum 35 days.
October-February (high season): maximum 60 days.
Where can I pick up my order?
We do not have a physical store; however, our team will contact you to coordinate the delivery of your order once it is ready.
Do I need to pay to place an order?
A 50% advance payment is required to process your order and begin production. The remaining balance must be paid upon delivery.
